1. The vibrating fluidized bed dryer must be installed on a horizontal foundation, with the bed and bracket fastened. After installing the lower box, the levelness of the orifice plate should be within the allowable range. The soft connecting pipes between the upper and lower boxes, as well as between the upper box and the exhaust pipe, should be sealed to prevent air and material leakage.


2. When installing the cyclone separator and backwash bag filter, it is necessary to ensure that the central axis is vertical, and the anchor bolts of the sturdy bracket should not shake; The clearance between the upper and lower valve plates of the discharge device and the overall structure should be kept as small as possible to ensure sealing and minimize the amount of material carried by the exhaust during discharge. If the cyclone separator and backwash bag filter are installed outdoors, the outer shell needs to be insulated (insulation is completed by the user).


3. The spiral feeder is installed on a sturdy platform, ensuring that the spiral blades do not rub or collide with the inner wall of the feeding housing when the spiral shaft rotates. The reducer and electromagnetic speed motor should be firmly installed on the platform, and the platform bracket should be sturdy with anchor bolts to ensure smooth operation of the reducer and electromagnetic speed motor.


4. Each fan should be fastened to the foundation with anchor bolts to ensure smooth operation and no abnormal impact sound.


5. The heat exchanger is placed on the foundation, and the inlet end should be higher than the outlet end to facilitate the smooth discharge of condensed water.


6. When connecting steam pipeline flanges, a heat-resistant asbestos pad or polytetrafluoroethylene pad should be placed in the middle, and consideration should be given to leaving elbows or expansion pipes that compensate for thermal expansion and contraction; When connecting the flange of the air duct, asbestos rope or rubber asbestos pad should be padded in the middle. All flange connection bolts of pipelines must be tightened to ensure no steam or air leakage.


7. Check whether the voltage and frequency of the power supply are 380V (or 220V) and 50HZ. After confirming that the power supply is correct, the power supply can be connected to the electrical control cabinet and various electrical components.


8. Adjust the speed of the spiral blade shaft of the spiral feeder to achieve the required amount of feed during smooth feeding.


9. Adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor to adjust the amplitude of the bed, so that the amplitude matches the material characteristics and hot air flow rate, and quickly achieve the fluidization requirements of the material.


10. By adjusting the position of the bolt connection holes on the vibration motor base plate and the lower box flange to change the vibration direction angle, the drying time of the material in the vibration fluidized bed dryer can be adjusted to achieve the final moisture content requirement of the product.


11. Adjust the steam valve of the heat exchanger to match the steam supply with the required hot air temperature and volume during drying.


12. On the premise of ensuring the required heat for drying, adjust the valves of the inlet pipes of the fan and vibrating fluidized bed dryer to achieve a slight positive pressure above the orifice plate when no material is added, and a slight negative pressure above the orifice plate when adding material, while achieving uniform fluidization.
