1. Preparation before startup: Check each power mechanical part, transmission part, lubrication part, sealing of each connecting pipeline, and sturdy parts of screws step by step.


2. Startup and operation:


(1) Start up sequence: induced draft fan → spindle cooling motor → dust removal → air compressor → spindle mixing motor → feeding machine.


(2) Ignite the hot air stove and turn on the smoke exhaust fan, induced draft fan, blower, spindle cooling motor, and dust removal system to generate hot air.


(3) The process of hot air heating is also a preheating and heating process for the equipment. When the air temperature reaches the rated temperature, the air compressor, main shaft stirring motor, and feeding machine are turned on in sequence to start the feeding process.


(4) During the heating and preheating process, due to the use of bag filters for tail stage separation, attention should be paid to the risk of damaging the filter bag if the temperature is too high. In this case, it can be adjusted by continuously adding a small amount of material to avoid damage to the bag filter due to high temperature (≤ 150oC). When the supply air temperature does not meet the rated requirements but the exhaust temperature is ≥ 150oC, informal feeding should be done in advance, and the startup sequence should be the same as above.


(5) The feeding operation should be controlled according to the temperature, maintaining continuity and uniformity, and avoiding sudden increases or decreases.


(6) During operation, observe the operation of the cooling device at all times to avoid damage to the bearings due to problems. The cooling parts should not run without water.


(7) The main shaft mixing mechanism can only be added after starting normally.


(8) When adding materials, be careful not to mix hard materials such as iron sheets and stones.


3. Separation system:


When the separation system is operating normally, the operation of each mechanical part should be observed at all times.


(1) The material of the cyclone separator is discharged through a closed air unloader, and attention should be paid to whether there is material accumulation in the silo at all times, and it should be discharged in a timely manner.


(2) The bag filter is used for regular unloading, and the unloading interval is determined according to different situations. It is recommended to stop the entire system and remove the accumulated material inside the bag filter after each shift. The replacement cycle of the filter bag should be determined based on the adhesion of the material, and it should be replaced once after a continuous period of time (usually 300-1000 hours). The replaced filter bag should be cleaned with clean water, dried in the shade, and beaten to loosen it. After checking for any damage, it should be stored for future use. When replacing the filter bag, do not puncture it, and the connecting part should not leak any material.


(3) Bag dust removal: The bag is equipped with a pulse regeneration system. Depending on the nature of the material, it still needs to be regularly checked for replacement.


(4) Flash drying machine is a large-scale continuous working complete set of equipment, and the normal operation of each part will directly affect the operation of the entire equipment. Therefore, operators are required to have a certain level of proficiency and sense of responsibility. At the same time, as the machine is suitable for drying processes of different materials in various industries, different materials have different drying characteristics. This requires users to master the rules of specific materials through practice, so as to achieve the best working state of the entire equipment.


4. Shutdown:


(1) After notifying the stoker to stop the furnace, stop the feeding machine motor → main shaft mixing motor → blower → induced draft fan → dust removal → main shaft cooling motor → air compressor in sequence.


(2) After the stoker stops the furnace, the hot blast stove still outputs hot air due to residual heat. A bag filter system is used, and attention should be paid to preventing damage to the filter bag caused by high air temperature. Corresponding measures should be taken if necessary.


(3) After the feeder stops, the main shaft mixing motor needs to continue running for a certain period of time until there is no residual material in the tower before stopping.
