High speed centrifugal spray dryer
Overview:
LPG series high-speed centrifugal spray drying is the most widely used process in liquid forming and drying industries. The most suitable for generating powdered and granular products from emulsions, suspension solutions, and pumpable paste like liquid raw materials. Spray drying is a very suitable process when the physical properties of the product such as particle size distribution, water content, bulk density and particle shape are strictly required. The design and manufacturing capacity of our large centrifugal spray dryer has reached 11 meters in diameter, with a liquid injection rate of 10 tons per hour. Our factory will design different configurations based on the characteristics of different materials.
Working Principle:
Send the liquid into the centrifugal atomizer installed at the top of the drying tower, and spray the liquid into extremely small droplets through the high-speed rotating atomizing disc; At the same time, the hot air passes through the hot air distributor installed at the top of the drying tower and is evenly distributed in a spiral shape inside the drying tower. The two are in full parallel flow contact, causing the moisture to evaporate rapidly and dry into finished products in a very short time. The finished products are continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator (bag filter), and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
Features:
▲ Fast drying speed, suitable for heat sensitive materials;
The product is spherical particles with uniform particle size, good flowability, good solubility, high purity, and good quality;
The product is formed in one go without the need for crushing and screening, and the process control is automated, making the production process simple and easy to operate;
The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range;
▲ Wide range of applications, according to material characteristics, can be used for hot air drying or cold air granulation, with strong adaptability to materials.
