Working Principle:


After the liquid transported by the high-pressure pump obtains a high pressure, it enters the rotating chamber of the nozzle through the tangential inlet of the pressure nozzle. The liquid undergoes rotational motion in the rotating chamber, and its static pressure energy is converted into kinetic energy before being ejected from the nozzle, forming small droplets; After being distributed by the hot air distribution device from the top of the tower, the hot air flows uniformly downward parallel to the droplets, fully contacting and completing drying and particle forming.
