The main unit adopts a special sealing device, which reduces equipment resistance and effectively increases the processing air volume of the dryer. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl plate, allowing for adjustable material fineness and final moisture content. The high circumferential gas velocity in the drying chamber and short material residence time effectively prevent material sticking to the wall and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials, achieving high efficiency, rapidity, small equipment, and large production.

The feeder adopts an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor. The feeding process is continuous and stable, without any bridging phenomenon occurring in the middle. The parts of the feeder and the main machine that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel.

Material collection section: The primary separation utilizes an efficient cyclone separator, while the secondary separation employs an automatic dust-cleaning and high-efficiency recovery pulse bag filter. The bag utilizes imported needle-punched nylon filter cloth, which effectively enhances the dust collection efficiency, optimizes the environment of the production workshop, and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
