The GRL series hot-blast stove is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving heat exchange equipment developed by our factory. It uses coal, biomass, gas, and oil as fuels and produces clean and pollution-free hot air through radiative heat transfer, conductive heat transfer, and convective heat transfer. The GRL series hot air furnace, as a new type of heat source equipment, can replace steam heat exchangers, heat transfer oil heat exchangers, and air electric heaters. It has the advantages of small size, convenient installation and transportation, and low energy consumption. It can be widely used in various workplaces such as drying, heating, insulation, and dehumidification. Working Principle:
The GRL series hot blast stove is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. The vertical coal-fired (biomass pellet) hot blast stove, depending on customer requirements, is further classified into manually operated and mechanically operated types. It consists of two main components: the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger. The high-temperature flue gas generated in the combustion chamber enters the heat exchanger, where it exchanges heat with the cold air blown in by a blower in a countercurrent manner through radiation and convection for several passes. After being heated to a certain temperature, the cold air is discharged through the hot blast outlet of the hot blast stove to the heat-using equipment. The flue gas is extracted by a smoke extractor, passes through a smoke separator and dust collector, and is then vented.
The hot air does not come into direct contact with the material, thus avoiding flue gas pollution. It is suitable for materials that have high requirements for whiteness and purity.

Special note: Our company's equipment features a multi-layered sleeve-type pure metal structure (excluding refractory materials, thus avoiding issues such as cracking and detachment caused by thermal expansion and contraction due to different material expansion coefficients in traditional equipment). Each air layer sleeve is densely packed with metal fins, maximizing heat exchange efficiency. The material in the high-temperature zone is high-temperature resistant stainless steel (310S), ensuring a long service life.
